Commencement is always a very big deal!
On June 19, NJU 2024 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony was held at Fang Zhaozhou Gymnasium on Xianlin Campus. Tan Tieniu, Party Secretary of Nanjing University and Academician of China Academy of Sciences, and Tan Zhemin, President of Nanjing University and Academician of China Academy of Sciences, attended the event and sent their best wishes to the graduates. More than 3,000 undergraduate students of Class 2024, achieved significant academic milestones and were awarded their degrees.

After taking the oath, all the teachers and students sang the University Anthem and wished Nanjing University a better tomorrow.
Later, the University professors and leaders presented degree certificates to the graduates and turned their tassels.
Lu Xiancai, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Nanjing University, presided over the ceremony.
